• "DodgePrint" refers to DodgePrint Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
• "Content" refers to any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other materials that are uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted through the Services.
• "Marketplace" refers to third-party e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and others that may be integrated with the Services.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify DodgePrint immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. DodgePrint will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Subscription and Payments

DodgePrint offers various subscription plans for access to the Services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial subscription term unless canceled by you before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.

5. Use of Services

DodgePrint is not responsible for any actions taken by marketplaces, including but not limited to changes in their APIs, terms of service, or availability. DodgePrint will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with integrated marketplaces, but does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to these integrations.

7. Data and Privacy

DodgePrint collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your Content. By uploading Content to the Services, you grant DodgePrint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by DodgePrint, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the DodgePrint name, logo, or other trademarks. All goodwill generated from the use of DodgePrint trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DODGEPRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DODGEPRINT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DODGEPRINT, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DodgePrint, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

DodgePrint may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that DodgePrint, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party, or DodgePrint.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

DodgePrint reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, DodgePrint will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at DodgePrint's sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DodgePrint concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and DodgePrint with respect to the Services.
